This practical self-assessment tool will require a maximum of 15 minutes and you will be able to compare your regenerative hospitality score in your region and with similar hotels. After completing your self-assessment, you will receive a personalized dashboard over email where you can track the performance of your mindset, place intelligence, and people intelligence.

The Swiss Hospitality Regeneration Barometer
The Swiss Hospitality Regenerative Barometer showcases the index of regeneration of Swiss hotels. It is based on the survey filled by the hotels who participated in the study and combines measures of ‘Regenerative Mindset’, ‘Place Intelligence’ and ‘People Intelligence’.
The dashboard below presents the results of the regenerative self-assessment you just engaged with on a cumulative scale.

In the first section (or page/tab) it is displayed the computation of the overall Swiss Regenerative Score. It is de facto an overview performance of different hotels that have taken part in the survey so far. In the second section (or page/tab) you can see an average score for the ‘Regenerative Mindset’, ‘Place Intelligence’ and ‘People Intelligence’. Filters are also provide for you to ‘play’ with the data and to understand how similar organizations are tackling the regenerative challenge.
It is important to note that regenerative hospitality is a journey towards net-positive impact and that there are tools to further develop your responsibility towards the natural and social ecosystems as well as towards your employees and guests.
